Getting Into Emerson College

Hello, I am currently a Junior in high school and I plan on going to Emerson College in Boston, but I have doubts that I won’t get in. I plan on going into the English, Literature, and Publishing program.
Here are my stats
-3.8 GPA
-Have 9 college credits, working on getting to 20 college credits before I graduate
-Has College and Career Readiness scores on all my New York State Regents Exams
-Currently taking Honors Math and will be taking AP English in my senior year.
That’s all I could think of right now, what’s bothering me the most is National Honors Society, I was nominated my sophomore year but didn’t get in and now in my junior year they only nominated three people, and I wasn’t one of them. I fear that not being in NHS will hurt my chances, I may be overthinking but I am really worried about it.

I am an Emerson graduate and when you said you have doubts that you won’t get in, I agree with you. (I doubt you will not get in), because your grades are fantastic and with the Honors and AP classes, and college credits, you stand out as being a great candidate. So long as your writing sample doesn’t have a double negative, like this post did, you should be good to go :).
