Getting it all there.

Now I know I am not the only person trying to figure out the game of getting all my crap up to NYC. So the question is guys, how are you planning on doing it?

I could come with you and lift all the heavy stuff.

Man, Marcus, you would get hit by the NYC traffic and I would laugh.

You’ll need me there to protect you incase you accidently make eye contact with someone on the subway.

Jesus man, I was looking for some real answers, not some BS I could listen to you say at school tomorrow.

sorry ;_; …

Synthetic, I am coming from California. My plan is to take my clothes, instruments and tolietries from Cali and get bedding and towels at a Bed Bath and Beyond in the city. This is what a lot of students do so that travelling won’t be so bad.

Hope that helps.

Shipping…

cross country trip in a u-haul van?

my dad travels to NYC once in a while for work and I have him take a suitcase of my stuff with him. He keeps it in Jersey with a family friend. Even with that I’m still not sure how I’m suppose to take things like my guitar and paintings. I don’t want to leave those behind…

im going to buy my stuff in DC because i will not be buying overpriced stuff in NYC … if i have too much stuff i will just fedex it

fedex :D. and i really don’t have that much stuff. clothes, labtop…and that’s about it. i’m buying my warm weather gear at new york when it gets cold :D. i figure someone can keep me warm meanwhile

shakes his head at lilsmiley

what you just said combined with “getting it all there” has sexual innuendo in it :D. o you know you want me “d”
