Getting Pretty

I wanted to share two new things I just started using that I love.
[J.R. LIGGETT: Old-Fashioned Bar Shampoo and Body Care Products](http://www.jrliggett.com/)
Solid shampoo bar- my grocery carries it in three flavors ( herbal- plain & tea tree, but I think it comes in more)

Great stuff!
I have short hair- ( because I get tired of washing/conditioning/drying it), I just rub the bar a little on my head and lather it. It rinses out well & I don’t need conditioner afterwards.( which I usually do)
It also would be easy to take on a flight- plus if you don’t need conditioner that would save more room.

I also got tired of buying drugstore foundation that didn’t really match my skin- ( Very light skin, and without makeup -kinda blotchy), so I bought some Bobbi Brown moisture foundation that I had liked because it isn’t pink)- but that isn’t what I am plugging ( although it is very good)-

However- I also bought her [foundation brush](http://www.bobbibrowncosmetics.com/templates/products/spp/index.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CATEGORY22799&PRODUCT_ID=PROD7557), and it makes a * huge* difference. The base is easier to put on, and you can make it very sheer- it also doesn’t soak up product like sponges, so you actually use less instead of more.

I think that brushes are worth getting a good one,not one that sheds :stuck_out_tongue: the BB is $35 but it is made very well & will last a long time,

since I switched to a brush from a sponge I have cut my foundation use from 4 pumps to 1…
