Getting recommendation letters for MPH Program after gap year?

Hello, I’ve been searching for information on this topic and haven’t found much so please help a fellow student out! I’m going to graduate undergrad soon and am planning to apply to MPH Programs in the next cycle. I’ll be taking a gap year. My problem is I’m not sure how to store my recommendation letters over the summer. As far as I know, SOPHAS does not accept recommendation letters from rec letter storage services like Interfolio and I don’t want to wait till after summer to ask for recommendation letters (my profs won’t remember me as well + I’ll be off campus). Storing them myself is also not an option because of the lack of confidentiality involved. So, advice?

Your professors will remember you fine. A couple of weeks ago, I wrote three recommendation letters: one for a student who was in my class last summer, one for a student I supervised from 2011-2013, and one from a student I taught in the summer of 2012. I remembered them all very well and was able to write great letters for them.

IF SOPHAS doesn’t accept recommendation letters from dossier services, one other option is to investigate whether your undergrad department has a dossier services that will file the letters for you until you are ready to send them. But if not, then really the only thing you can do is wait until next fall - but I promise that your professors’ memories are not going to be THAT much different between now and October.
