Getting rescinded from college.. Impossible?

<p>How hard is it to get rescinded from an average state university? Most stories about colleges rescinding admissions were from very top schools like UCLA, UNC, UVA, etc…</p>

<p>Do less well known schools like Univesity of Georgia, Georgia State University, NC State University, Coastal Carolina University actually rescind anyone’s admission? (by the way, rank those colleges if you can) If so, I do not think they do it too often.
Do you need to literally fail out of high school to get rescinded?</p>
