<p>I’ve done a bit of anecdotal research on this, but would like to know about the experience of others…</p>
<p>I can live with chippies in my yard, along with the occasional bunny and lots of squirrels. They dig the occasional hole, but I don’t get too upset about that. What I am unhappy about is our beloved beagle who can’t stand the chippies! Said beagle is now digging out a stone wall because the chipmunk has taken refuge in the wall. Seriously, the wall is going to fall down because of her digging! We are more attached to the dog than to the chippie, so have decided the chippie has to go! I’d prefer to handle this in a humane way , if possible…Anybody have luck with trapping them? Other suggestions??</p>
