Gettysburg alum here. Not sure what time of day it was, but usually there are kids hanging outside the student union and in adirondeck chairs throughout campus on nice days. It is a big campus for a small school, so kids get spread out a bit. Plus almost 1/3 of students are athletes so a big portion could have been at practice.
