I love Omaha Steaks. I’ve gotten mom varieties on their “Family Pack” or whatever they call it from year to year.
Can you order from businesses local to the relatives’ homes? It’s not fancy, but my gifts of grocery store gift cards to a friend have been much appreciated.
I still love harry and David pears . . . . just the pears not the other stuff like cheese and sausages.
The Cellers at Jasper Hill have amazing cheese. So good.
What specific types of food are you thinking of for the elderly female relatives?
We love Cherry Republic and order gifts from there often.
Hale Groves has nice quality citrus fruit.
Three off the top of my head:
Stonewall Kitchen has great stuff and is offering daily deals. DiBruno Brothers is also a good option. If they like candu, I’m a fan of LA Burdick which is very reliable.
Women’s Bean Project, Wolferman’s, Omaha Steaks, The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg, Stonewall Kitchen.
I always order from Cherry Republic also. But then we live close so it’s familiar. American Spoon Foods is another.
Zingermans.
Edible arrangements is another one I like.
Wolferman’s and Stonewall Kitchen are both very good.
Dancin deer, located Somerville, ma ship all over, cookies, brownies.
I buy HI edibles and make my own care packages with usps flat rate boxes that I ship to relatives and loved ones. It works well for me and us. I have sometimes bought tower of fruit from Costco with free delivery and when there’s a good sale, Harry & David.
