Haha I feel ya.
My mom called me downstairs after getting the mail, and I got all jittery…but it was just more info from my safety, UW. :(

Yeah, whenever I log in it just takes me to the tracking materials again. So there will be no online notice whatsoever?

I haven’t received a letter yet. Does this mean bad news since acceptances come in priority mail packages? SO NERVOUS!

Don’t worry. Priority mail really is no different from regular mail. It sometimes even comes later!!

Sounds like no one received a letter today. Aw man, that doesn’t sound good for me…I was hoping on getting a letter on Monday, but I live all the way across the country…so if people in NYC haven’t even got their letter, I doubt I’ll be getting mine Monday.

I just got the e-mail! I AM REALLY HAPPY!! Barnard has always been my first choice i can’t believe i’m accepted!! :)

I stalked my mailbox all morning but no letter. I’m on Long Island. And just for spite, there were three things from colleges I could care less about anymore.

If it doesn’t come on Monday I might just cry!

edit: Congrats!! ^

If they sent out letters on Friday, then NY Metro area people should have received regular mail OR Express today (Saturday)! Have so few people really heard? I am a few hundred miles away from NY … I am still hoping to get a big envelope on Monday, but now not so sure … Ivies come out Wednesday and Thursday, I have been hoping for news from Barnard before the Ivies.

^haven’t gotten anything yet, and i’m from nyc… ugh the suspense!!!

congrats hellohello!!

I’m so surprised nobody has heard…weren’t they supposed to let us know around friday?? I guess by next week we’ll find out, but if those in nyc haven’t even heard, it will probably be a while for the rest of us (especially if it’s not an acceptance!)

good luck everyone!

I’m expecting Tuesday at the earliest myself. But I’m out west so…perhaps it makes more sence since NY people should be hearing soonest.

To be honest, I feel like post and such from colleges have been a bit weird. I don’t know if it’s just this year or if it’s every year, but I have friends in the states who have been having problems too. They get their acceptance letters, but much later than they were told to expect them.

Just keep reminding yourself that the suspense is half the fun… kind of…

I know my daughter received a priority mail pouch today. In the Boston area.

Got my thin letter in the mail today. Congrats to those who have gotten in and good luck to those who haven’t heard back yet.

Thin letter here too. I’m completely shocked, not going to lie.

sigh thin letter here too, oh well, good luck to those who get in and best of luck to those who dont know yet. also i live in queens if that helps determine when the letter will arrive

NO letter today and i live in NJ ~sigh~

Neither a thin letter nor a priority packet – Boston area

Accepted!!! Oh my goodness I cannot believe it. Barnard has always been my first choice, but with a slew of rejections/waitlists recently I had major doubts of getting in.

To everyone with thin envelopes, I’ve been there and I know it’s so hard, but I’m sure you’ll all be incredibly successful wherever you end up. Everything happens for a reason.

ACCEPTED! :D!!! I FEEL SO AWESOMEE!!! (I live in NYC btw)
