Given my stats, what do I need to do?

<p>I’m about to graduate and am looking at going to b-school after a few (2-3) years of work experience. I just wanted to know, given my stats, what else I need to do to get into Stanford, Harvard, Wharton???</p>

<p>GPA: 3.9 from top 15 university
GMAT: 770
Work experience: interned for a trading company and am working full-time for a large consulting company upon graduation.</p>

<p>So, what can I do to guarantee that I get into a top 5 program?</p>
