Glasses to help with sensitivity to fluorescent lights?

My D, in HS, has realized that she is very sensitive to the fluorescent lights in school (and other places). So much so that she wants to look into getting tinted glasses (she does not currently wear glasses) that might help, but obviously doesn’t want to wear dark glasses indoors. I’ve read that pink tints might be helpful, and there are companies out there that seem to claim they have the solution. She did try blu blocker type glasses a while back, as sun glasses, but hated them…since they make everything seem so sharp…more sensory overload I think.
Has anyone dealt with this and found glasses that worked, or other solutions?

So sorry that I have no input other than fluorescent light give me a headache. I kept turning the bulbs in my office so that only 1/2 would light up and housekeeping would put them back on as if they were broken. I have ended up putting 5 lamps in and never turn the overhead on.
I am sure there is something she can get–why not call an optical store, or stop in, and see what they recommend.
I would also make sure that her HS knows WHY she is wearing such glasses to class–maybe a doctors note is needed.

Is it the wavelength of the light or the flickering of bulbs about to die?

A coworker wears orange-tinted glasses while working on the computer. Says it helps with the eye fatigue and headaches.

My W uses amber glasses, and says that they really help her.

I have used orange glasses while using electronics, but that is going to be noticeable.
I also got new glasses with Crizal Prevencia lenses that do the same thing, but they look like regular lenses.

Thank you @emeralkity4, Do the Crizal, clear ones actually help how you feel while you are wearing them? I hadn’t heard of these.

Yes, they help a great deal.
Before I got them, my eyes were always red and sore. I use electronics a lot, because I am also very nearsighted, and reading on my iPad is made easier with the backlighting and the ability to bold and increase font size.
But since I got my new glasses, I haven’t had that problem. ( although I still have dryish eyes)
It not only helps my eyes to screen out the blue light, but it helps my sleep.
( there are also other brands of the lens coating)
