<p>I am interested but have never heard of Create TV.<br>
I have learned to be a pretty good GF baker and am always interested in learning new tips. The one thing I wish I could make is a decent GF pie crust that is flaky and doesn’t get soggy.</p>
<p>Never heard of Create TV either but would’ve liked to have seen what they aired. Spent a fair amount of time this weekend downloading GF recipes from a number of blogs and baking GF quick breads and cookies for the coming week.</p>
<p>Create is a public television offshoot of WLIW that only aire creative shows like coking, crafts, travel.</p>
