<p>I looked at some of those recipes. They call for gluten-free milk and cheese. Does ordinary milk and cheese have gluten because the cows eat grain?</p>

<p>My husband has been warned not to eat blue cheese because the mold is grown on bread first in some locations and they don’t have to disclose that. I don’t know if it would affect him but he doesn’t want to take the chance.</p>
