Haha, how’s that for a line? What she really did is spend 10 minutes applying to a financial safety. Four colleges have the major she wants and large AUTOMATIC scholarships she qualifies for. She picked her favorite of the bunch and now knows she won’t be living at home and going to the local community college because nothing else worked out.
So far in the process she has preferred to research her dream/reach schools, study to nudge up her SAT, and write/rewrite/attempt to perfect all those essays.
