<p>So, I send an email to the Registrar @ psu dot edu, asking for information on where to send in a copy of my SMART Transcripts from my military service. Instead of giving me the address I asked for, they gave me a phone number. I’m guessing they didn’t get the jist of the email where I specifically asked for an address, and included a copy of the form I needed to fill out so they could see exactly what I was asking for. Here’s the body of my email, minus my personal details, so you can see for yourself exactly what I asked for.</p>

<p>Sir or Ma’am,</p>
<p>I attended Penn State in 00-02. I would like to send a copy of my SMART Transcript to have the credits added to my PSU Transcript in order to find out what classes I need to take in order to get my Associates and start working on my Bachelors. I intend on completing my Associates via CLEP/DANTES testing or via World Campus. I have attached a copy of the SMART Transcript Request form, in PDF Format, so you can see the information I need to complete it. I need to know where to send transcripts when I request them.</p>

<p>All transcripts from OUTSIDE Penn State University are handled through our Admissions Office there number is 814-865-5471, select opt 1 and then opt 3</p>
