It is a ** lot** of reading.</p>
<p>Hmm, I think that’s a pretty good idea.</p>
<p>A <em>lot</em> of reading, that’s true.

<p>That’s pretty cool, though I’m sure we’re going to see folks commenting on how people don’t need free humanities courses, they need free job training, or free technical courses. I also love that they provide the other costs of attending: books, child care, transit.</p>
<p>I think it’s wonderful. They are opening the door to higher ed for people who otherwise would not have the chance to experience it, and providing child care, books, etc, will really make a difference.</p>
<p>This opens that perennial question about whether college is for job training, or for more than that. Personally, I think lifelong learning is very important…</p>
