Going through Admissions seven years after high school

I went to college for a couple of years after high school only to drop out in order to pursue a career in the culinary world. I am now seriously thinking about college and I am wondering if I have to divulge my former college experience.

YES. However, they will be less likely to worry about your performance then than what you have done since and how it relates to your major. Will you major in nutrition, hospitality, chemistry, agriculture? anything related to your culinary pursuits?<br>
Hotel and restaraunt management?

If you do, and you still have decent high school and test scores, put them all in and you will be surprised, They like older unconventional students because
a - they graduate at very high rates and
b - they typically outperform younger students due to maturity.
