I currently am attending UTD but I received a fee for this semester that was not covered by my GI Bill, in order to continue at this college and/or receive my transcript I must pay it off completely, there are no options available to me such as student loans, credit cards, and I also cannot receive my FASFA until I register for school.
Because I am unable to pay this debt before registration I was trying to attend another college temporarily (one semester) while I pay my debt to UTD. In order to transfer I need my official transcript, which I cannot get, if I register as a new student what will happen? Can I transfer back to UTD next semester with the credits I gain from this school?
