I don’t think I could live in Orange, it sounds really boring and like there isn’t much to do (I’m from san francisco so you can try to convince me there are things to do but I know better lol)
Anyways… Fullerton vs. Costa Mesa ?
What are the people like? Younger crowd in fullerton than costa mesa?
Bar scene?

Leaning towards costa mesa because of it’s distance to the beach and closeness to newport…
They’re pretty much the same. Costa Mesa is nice. Super close the beach and Newport depending on where you are.
Younger? Eh… Its pretty diverse when it comes to age. There might be pockets in a city where the younger crowd lives but Fullerton isn’t younger than costa mesa or the other way around.
Why not live close to Chapman near where most of your peers live? You can still go to bars in Orange and other parts of North OC, and wouldn’t have to deal with awful traffic along the 57 or 55. Personally I’m not a fan of Costa Mesa. Used to work there, very meh city although nearby Newport is nice. If I were deciding between the two, I’d choose Fullerton, but I do think you should consider living in Orange.
