<p>Im a freshman in highschool in florida but i grew up right outside of philadelphia…philly has a great nightlife but New York’s even better…thers even an interesting scene in the quieter parts of both states…</p>
<p>nyc owns completly… no reason to go to philly… maybe on a pass when your going to federal city, but if you want nightlife go to the city…</p>
