<p>Son was just invited to join this honor society. </p>
<p>Wanted to hear any feedback on it.</p>
<p>He’s been admitted into a few honor societies, some of which actually had induction ceremonies on his campus, and do sometimes have meetings.</p>
<p>Recently, he joined Sigma Alpha Lambda, where he just got a certificate and pin in the mail, but hasn’t received any further correspondence from them about upcoming meetings.</p>
<p>Hoping this honor society will be one with meetings and in person opportunities.</p>
<p>Son is an engineering major, so he will not be able to join many honors organizations, so he doesn’t want to turn down any that approach him. He’s on a full scholarship to his college, so we don’t mind spending the membership fees.</p>
