<p>Agriculture programs are found at landgrant public universities. There’s one in each state. Your least expensive option is to attend the one in your state. All of them will be good in agricultural subjects; though they may have strengths in particular subfields, this will be a concern primarily at the graduate level. Several of the Midwestern public universities that offer agriculture are among the top public universities in many other fields as well.
