<p>Like the title says, what are some good awards to have that will impress the adcoms?</p>
<p>There seems to me a LOT more awards/recognitions for those interested in researching and science, but what awards for the rest of us?</p>

<p>I’m not exactly sure right now (I’m a rising Junior, there’s still time) but I’m definitely not pursuing science/math</p>
<p>um, getting selected for TASP is a good award/recognition. winning scholastic art/writing awards is good too</p>

<p>Debate team, You can place easily at many competitions of you go to the right ones. I’ve been to student congress competitions where they give up to 6th place when there are only 20 people competing.</p>
