<p>The top grad programs for chemistry are MIT, Scripps, Stanford, UC-Berkeley. I don't know 100% about chemical biology, but I would assume most of the same schools I listed.</p>
<p>University of Michigan- Ann Arbor has the only chembio program in the world (nation?)
Also the Tri-institute program in chemical biology is good too</p>
<p>Harvard has a very strong Chem Bio program as well... and MIT now has a new biochemistry/chemistry interface program. </p>
<p>Ditto on the others.</p>
