Can anyone list some good colleges that do not require recommendations/secondary school report and do offer Early Action or have rolling admissions?
By good I mean around 60% or less acceptance rate and are respectable or well known. For example, I applied and got into UMinn, which has rolling admissions and did not require recommendations.

My D applied to both Univ of Alabama and Pitt. Both are rolling and don’t require recommendations. Alabama does require a transcript. Pitt lets you fill out a self reporting type form instead of a transcript, though you have to supply one at the end of senior year if you decide to go there. I haven’t looked up their acceptance rates so don’t know that.
