<p>A good portion don’t require letters of recs…but still,
may I ask why you can’t get a letter of rec? Cuz we may be able to help you on that part… which would more doors than people telling you which Colleges don’t require one.</p>

<p>eh I decided I’m going to rush and get my info in for the counselor deadline this week. I plan on applying to Cornell, Carnegie, and some similar top-tier CS schools.</p>

<p>top CS school? check out waterloo. some computer program there doesnt require a rec letter. and waterloo’s math department (where comp programs are) is awsome!</p>
