good Econ programs < plz help

<p>Hello everybody,</p>

<p>I am an international student. I got 90 on TOEFL. And I didn’t take the SAT. I am planning to become an economist. I am also have no problem wether it’s a BA in an LAC or a BS in a business school. The real question is what are the programs that are good and don’t ask international students to take SAT.
In addition, I would like to apply for 2013 Spring.</p>

<p>(note: when it comes to LAC, I would rather go to somewhere that ranked between 15-50)</p>

<p>please please please help me.</p>
