<p>I have a Saudi Arabian friend who is literally able to attend any college in the the USA as long as he gets a good TOEFL. He wants to get a very good education in engineering so that he can improve his fatherland, but, he does not want to go into an excessively difficult college environment like the Ivy League, where he would just break down.</p>
<p>He wants a good engineer education at a school with manageable stress. Could anyone please help me give him suggestions? It’s nearly impossible for me to weed out one perfect college out of the thousands available. It is not mandatory at all, but he prefers the Mid-Atlantic area.</p>
