Good Essay or Personal Essay Tip Sources

<p>I was hoping to get a little list going of advice from admission counselors about essays, personal and just responding to prompts. </p>

<p>And I’m not looking for generic lists with 10 obvious tips.</p>

<p>My favorite site is Essay (Opposite of Heaven). Just Google it.</p>

<p>FYI, SplashofScience is going to come to this thread and post the App Style guide they made, so expect that.</p>

<p>That University of Virginia piece pretty much has a cult following. I’ve seen it so many times. :D</p>
