<p>“David Shern, president of Mental Health America, an advocacy group for people with mental illness, said Murphy’s plan sounds reasonable, but he would like to see the specifics.”</p>

<p>Sounds like the mental health advocates recognize that Murphy’s proposal will likely benefit troubled students as much as rest of the campus community. A good start to a better solution.</p>

<p>I’ve been really impressed by Rep. Murphy. so far.</p>
