Good goal for the PSAT as a junior

I’m right now a sophomore, and after some disappointing results in the PSAT I’ve decided to study hard and hopefully try to break the 2000 mark in my junior psat. My results in the 2008 psat were Critical Reading- 58, Math- 61, Writing- 52, with a total 0f 171, these scores were with no preparation. The books I’ve bought include the blue book, mcgraw hill’s sat 2009, barron’s sat 2009, gruber’s complete sat guide 2009 and rocket review revolution, any recommendations or advice would be great. Do you think that if I study hard for atleast an hour on weekdays and atleast five hours on weekend, I can achieve my goal? Also, how much of a help is outside tutoring?

Thanks.
