I wanted to wish everyone luck before the real March Madness occurs. For those of you who are accepted and decide to attend Cornell - my sincere congratulations!
To those who are rejected, waitlisted, given guaranteed transfers… I know it’s not the result you were hoping for, but it is by no means a predictor of your future success or endeavors. I was deferred, given a GT and ultimately transferred. It was the best decision I ever made, but it required a unwavering determination to receive a Cornell education. I’m happy to chat with anyone about the GT or transferring in general either on this thread or privately.
Be proud of yourselves to even have anything to worry about at 5pm Eastern tonight and best of luck to each and every one of you. Class of 2019 - onwards!
