Good minor for Human Resources and Management?

I am a transfer student to Cal Poly SLO.
I am a human resources and management concentration.
What would be a good minor to pair with this out of the following:
Atuarial Prep

Biology (out of left field, but I am really good/interested in it)

I am leaning towards Industrial tech or psych, one of my teachers recommended psych.
Or I could get my paralegal certificate which would rock!
If it came down to paralegal, psych or IT, which would give me the most career options?
Thanks in advance!

I have a BA in psychology and am working as an HR manager. I found psychology to be very complimentary, particularly social psychology and industrial/organizational psychology.

It does look like IT might give you more options to make lateral moves out of HR into other departments and managerial responsibilities. You could always add a psych course or two as electives if you have room to do so.

Thank you so much!
I think that is very sage advice.
I think I may do the IT and take a few psych classes to balance things out.
