good pre-med schools

I’m planning to be a doctor in the future…
but i have no idea what to do right now, even though i am becoming a senior.
could you guys please suggest any pre-med schools? and what major should i take?
I heard University of Washington has good medical program… but i am not sure if it is true or not…
Also, i am planning to apply to several Canada colleges, such as McGill, U of Toronto, and UBC. </p>
