Good safeties for Barnard/Brown?

<p>do you want your other schools to also be in cities in the northeast?</p>

<p>Preferably yes, but I’m also considering JHU and I’d consider schools in cities like Chicago (don’t want to go in the south, though)…</p>

<p>Do you mind CA? Because Mills would be a good safety for Barnard. It’s in Oakland, just a short drive over the bridge from San Francisco, and has a great base in the city for finding internships and such.</p>

<p>Plus, the bay area is college central. Lots of student life all around.</p>
