Good SAT Courses (NJ)

Does anybody know any good SAT Courses to enroll in… and something thats like …worth the money …i wanna get a a 2300-2400…but i really need to tune up my Essay Writing Skills, and my critcal reading skills ( the math and writing sections-exluding the essay-i am fine with but a lil review wont hurt…)

btw i am in NJ…lol

For that level, you either need a really good private tutor (which will cost A LOT) or self-study. At that level, your own personal motivation is the most important factor. I would reccomend doing as many practice tests as possible and finding out how to do all the problems.

what township do you live in?

town…hm somewhere near/in paterson is good…

and uh

hm i AM going to self-study anyways… but like …i still need a course…and like … i doubt theres a way to ‘self-study’ for an essay…
and btw i dont know if this helps or adds any significance but… i forogt to mention that 2 of my friends and with me on this and we are going to take the same course…(we all agree that Essay and CR are what screw us over…and we all want high scores…) can u like split the money with a Private tutor??

Bump Anyone ?

you can self study for essays…do practice drills for various essay topics that seem credible enough that might be on the SAT’s…then ask others to grade them. Look at examples of essays that received 5’s and 6’s and try to see what kind of styles, diction, length, etc, the SAT seems to favor…Critical reading, just do alot practice from CB blue book/10 Real SAT’s and previously released tests…its all about practice
