Good schools I could get into?

About me:

I’ll probably be between the top 5 - 15%
It looks like my GPA will be in the 3.5 to 3.6 range (I goofed freshman year)
Estimate: low 500s for math and 650 - 750 for CR/writing
Plan to take 4 years of English/Social Studies/Math/Science/Language
No AP classes (will take exams)
Quit the two activities I tried
No volunteering (will try to correct this)

Basically, I am unremarkable, but I am a very curious person in general and am quite passionate about what I plan to study. I love learning, consider it to be the highest pursuit of man (along with art), etc., but I am not a fan of all the bull that goes on in high school, so I did not really try to do well at first.

What I am looking for:

Can be located anywhere
Preferably a Liberal Arts College
Preferably no or at least not a strong religious affiliation
Good philosophy program (especially continental philosophy and aesthetics)
Preferably a good art department
Good placement into grad schools
Preferably not a party school/serious about academics
Tuition/fees and room & board cost less than $30,000 a year
Bonus if offers joint BA/MA
Bonus if offers good financial aid

No, you are a very strong candidate for > 80% of the colleges and universities in America, and a shoo-in for many of them.
