Good schools that put most emphasis on Essays, Recs, and Essays

What are some good schools that put most emphasis on everything other than grades and test scores.

I have a 3.25 GPA and a 24 ACT (retaking)
but I have phenomonal recs, and ecs and plan to write good essays.

I don’t think you can attend a Top 25 with those scores. A top 50-75 may be possible and so would a public college that you are in-state for, such as Uconn. Maybe Northeastern?

Not thinking that high but more along the lines Boston U, U of Miami, and
Case Western

Case is a stretch, so is Boston but if you have a high ACT then it could become a match. Also is that 3.25 unweighted? How many APs/IBs or honors classes did you take? What rank are you?

Umiami would prob. be a match.

School only offered 3 aps took honors courses though. GPA is basically unweighted but weighted is only like 3.29. I am taking a princeton review class for the ACT and hoping for a 26-28.

the ecs im refering to are
