<p>Can anyone suggest some schools in New England (preferably Massachusetts) with a good sociology program? Suggestions please?</p>
<p>some stats: 29 ACT, 3.6 GPA, 30/250, URM (brasilian), ECs aren’t strong at all</p>
<p>This is such a common major that it is probably more important to focus on things like large vs. small, urban vs. rural, conservative vs. liberal and then reach for the place with the best all-around academics that you can get into. Boston College, Boston University and Northeastern seem to be in your range with BC probably the hardest. Trinity would be a reach but might be worth checking out. Maybe UConn.</p>
