<p>Finally, financial aid for both in and out of state that’s not just loans. More profs in areas that have seen slippage the last 20 years or so–Economics, Poli Sci, Psych, etc.
I sure hope Biddy can pull this off.</p>

<p>For this, I heard it’s $250 a year raise for in state and $750 a year for OOS. Which category does Minnesota fall under cause we pay in state tuition but are not technically in state.</p>

<p>You just pay the Minn instate rates.</p>

<p>So it stays the same? No additional raise besides the usual increase?</p>

<p>Just whatever they pay for Uminn. I don’t know what they do for majors with a surcharge like business and engineering.</p>
