Good Teacher for Calculus versus Easy Class for Life Science credit

I am a business major. I need to take both a Business Calculus Class and a Life Sciences class to transfer over to a university I will be attending in Spring 2023. However, I now have a dilemma with time slots. Should I take the Business Calculus class with the better professor, but the harder science class as a non-STEM major (anthropology 101 with 101L) or the worse Calc professor with the easier science class (Environmental/Organismal Biology-BioSci 106).
What would be the better option?

If business calculus is an actual prerequisite for courses for your major, taking that course with the better instructor makes sense.
