Good Universities with better tuition fee for out of state students

<p>Hi, could anyone recommend some Universities with tuition fee from a range of 0 to 15,000 dollars per year for out of state students, and if possible that have a man soccer team?</p>

<p>I don’t know where you are but if on the west coast, look at the WUE colleges. It’s a public system for which let’s say a kid from California could go to a Nevada public school for in-state tuition. That saves a bundle.</p>
