Good university for a comp sci major

<p>Any suggestions for a good computer science/ comp sci engineering major schools near San Francisco area( preferably 50m of Livermore and not an Ivy league school). List as many as possible.</p>

<p>The obvious answer to your question would be UC Berkeley. Stanford, while technically not an Ivy, is also a top CS school.</p>

<p>Zip code: 94550
Student/Faculty: 15:1 or better
Selectivity: More select and Most selective</p>

<p>These are the schools that came up as being within 50 mi of 94550</p>

<p>Santa Clara University
University of the Pacific
Mills College (women’s college)
Stanford University</p>
