<p>It is difficult to find a school without the top rating of 5 stars. This appears to be little more than a cheerleading site promoting its products. The first review for Deerfield Academy is hilarious. The parent poster hated the school, but it gets 5 stars even for this unfavorable & blistering review. After searching 6 schools, this site was a waste of time in my opinion.</p>
<p>icy9ff8: The first school that I looked up was NMH and it had many good reviews but it also had some bad ones. I’m not sure which schools you were looking at, but to me it seems like a pretty good sight with good personal insights into the school. I just saw the Deerfield page and that was interesting, because one person wrote ‘The only reason I cannot give Deerfield a full 5, is that the music department is a bit weak.’ but they still had five stars next to it. Plus, the bad review wasn’t even rated. </p>
<p>I personally don’t think that it is simply a cheerleading site, but I see where you are coming from, because the Deerfield page is SHADY!</p>

<p>This is an excellent site if you are interested in public schools. It will list your schools state mandated test scores, SAT and ACT scores and compare them to other schools in the area. You can find out the teacher/student ratio, as well as spending per pupil. It shows student ethnicity and economic level. I use this site all the time in my job. It is not the place to gather information for private schools, but provides a wealth of information on public schools.</p>
