Lost a great chef …
Only 75… So sad.
I remember eating at K-Paul’s in NO in 2004. S2, who was 13 at the time, was a picky eater, and the only thing on the menu he would eat was filet mignon. He had the most expensive dinner of the 4 of us,but enjoyed it. His tastes have broadened since then so I’m sure he’d like another shot at that menu.
I’ve been a faithful user of his Cajun recipes for decades.
