<p>Well, I am now a Junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My major is Management & Human Resources with a specialty in HR & Entrepreneurship. I think the thing that set my application apart was an internship in a global role, the leadership roles I’ve had in organizations, volunteering, and other experiences. I have an average GPA but as one person told me, your GPA can only tell employers so much. I think the key is to focus on your wide variety of experiences which relate to the work you’ll be doing.</p>

<p>I’ve been following this forum, so thought I should begin contributing… I applied after priority deadline and I still haven’t heard anything But no bad news is still something soooo I’m optimistic.</p>

<p>I am a Berkeley student with a high GPA, applied early as well, was recommended by a past employee, and still haven’t heard back. Getting pretty antsy…</p>

<p>I haven’t heard back yet but it’s like last year. People get interviews and such at very times. Just because you hear later doesn’t mean you’r out of the running. Just take it as it comes and don’t worry!</p>

<p>After looking at last years blog, it seems a lot of people heard back this week. So I am keeping my fingers crossed :)</p>
<p>@willardwonka, you should hear back soon! It usually takes them 2-3 days to get back to me, which is actually pretty prompt when you think about how many emails they probably get a day.
