Hey guys, I just came across this form. I applied on 09/18 and received my supplement on 10/14. I applied for Marketing, gTech, Communications, and Sales. Based on my resume I think I’d be a good candidate for the gTech or Sales team.
On Linkedin I’m seeing people listed as “Incoming BOLD Intern.” Wonder how they got offers so soon…

@ktj2345 Oh, some of them were previous BOLD interns and some of them went to the immersion event, Those who participated in that event are first come first serve…

Yup, previous interns and Immersion folks already know. Just means we should be starting to hear soon starting November!
I received the supplement email as well about two weeks ago. I was wondering as to when they’d really get back with a phone interview or superday. Waiting until April for a summer gig seems super late.
Could be literally any time, lol. Your guess is as good as ours.

Happy November! Followed up with my recruiter about this process. She responded today with a few questions and said to be on the lookout for the next steps within a week or two…

If we got a supplemental, what do you believe our chances would be to go to the next step?
@CoolSpark Depends on your department…hate to be negative, but based on previous years even if you get the supplemental you’re incredibly lucky to get an interview, which would be the next step.
thanks for that info @wildcat90! That’s so helpful. and yeah just like how @ktj2345 said, I’d say a large amount of people who get supplementals don’t get interview offers 
A person I know and I had no idea applied for Google Bold and Just got selected for the job as a Bold Intern… And she did not attend the immersion event…

shes is on the marketing team and will be relocated to san fran.
Hopefully we’re up next! Other than that I haven’t heard of any interview offers from non-immersion folks.
