Google Chrome +plain text

On the Common App site, I copied and pasted some of my essays/short answers into supplement forms of different schools from microsoft word. On the print preview, everything always looked fine. I’m just being a worry wart because I’ve heard microsoft word documents dont always copy and paste right. But on GC, you can do this cool thing where you press Ctrl+shift+v and it is in plain text (you can right click). That’s what I’ve been doing. I’d just like some reassurance. Has anybody ever had a problem of garbled text on the Common App? They seem to talk about it a lot but I’ve never seen it happen (fortunately)

For future reference to any onlookers, there were no problems in pasting, and for the most part I got into the colleges I applied to, so apparently everybody could read my essays.
