Google CSSI 2019

Also applied and haven’t heard a single thing from them. Pretty frustrating but the wait shouldn’t be much longer I don’t think.

@hopefulcalbear I thought for residential we get put in any available location? We can only select commute location?

The email from Cssi-Hbcu said that I can expect to hear my decision by the end of the day on Friday, May 17th, 2019

@Rutgers123 same haven’t got a single email I just hope they got my application (although it says submitted I am still worried)

@bhoangluu you’re correct. residential can’t select a location. commuters get placed into the location which is closest to their address.

I got the email about the CSSI- HBCU. I didn’t end up choosing an HBCU so I don’t know if that means I will be rejected. I sure hope not because I have wanted to be in this program since the 8th gra if they will consider you for another location?

My daughter got accepted to CSSI Cambridge!!! Just got email

@libby9 Congratulations! That is great news

@libby9 congrats!! mind sharing your daughter’s coding experience? and when exactly did you get notified?

Congrats!! I believe Cambridge is a residential location so I’m not sure if the others will be released too

Someone got accepted to Seattle residential in reddit, has anyone got accepted to Mountain View?

@Airbornehurdle i don’t see any post on reddit for the seattle residential??

@umdhunter it’s a new post by u/carlyc999 and I put the post filter to new.

Apparently she applied for Mountain View but was given Seattle. Not sure what that means

honestly at this point i just want to get accepted or rejected, just cant wait any longer!!!

@umdhunter She took one class freshman year h.s. and a 6 week summer class at YSP… we just heard a little before 1 EST

Maybe she just wanted mountain view but got seattle bc you cant apply for a specific one

I think it’s more about how much you want it and not how much experience you have.

Just got wait listed for cssi and I only applied to residental

any international here, who got his/her decision?
