@jade43 Was he accepted or rejected? As far as I know, the commuter locations are usually released a few days before the residential locations.
i just got an email saying i was waitlisted, for the nyc location

someone said they come out in waves, so once accepted people decline, some waitlisted people will move up, and so on l assume

@Amia303 I applied for the cssi HBCU as well. Don’t worry guys, they said mid may is when they will come out with dicisions so a lot of people will be notified around May 15th
All HBCU applicants check your email for a questionaire, fill it out as soon as possible! Good Luck
